There are so many Japanese people living in the United States without obtaining citizenship, because if you are a U.S. citizen lose their citizenship has become Japan. That why so many Japanese are not the green card renewal of green cards every 10 years.
Well, I'm really one of them. I came to the United States as an exchange student in F-1 visa (student visa) before the age of 14 and after completion of the exchange program, I returned to Japan, he studied at a university communicty then transferred to a four-year college in the United States. While studying at the university, I received my Bachelor's and Master, I met my husband. We were married for over 9 years before we years before 4th
Now I gave my green card for 4 years and I finally got my green card 10 years old this year and I am in a position which consist U.S. citizenship test, but I like the idea of losing my identity as Japanese and has a green card and do not have U.S. citizenship.
Anyway, I do not know the woman, the mand online. It could be extended, or they could not tell the truth? But I do not understand why you need to renew their visa every two years on .... Completely pointless.
But still, for she has a son, she had married a man from America, and perhaps a green card application. But they needed to divorce his green card application may be rejected. But I do not understand how he legally stay in the U.S. after his application for a green card could be denied. Or after their studies at a university, how could he be here so long without a green card. Foreigners tend to marry not a U.S. citizen receives a work permit. The permit allows them to work in the United States for one year after the completion of four years of college or graduate school. Second, if your employer can foreigners for your company, the company applied for an H-1B work for them. H-1B visa is generally for three years, not two years. And if I remember correctly, if foreigners were to renew their H-1B visas onceto return to their country. But if the company wants to work for them for over 6 years and want your sponsor for your green card, the company can apply for a green card for her. Although foreigners can live and work here legally.
Well, if she says she has lived in the U.S. since the late 80's has, it must have a green card. Otherwise, you could be living illegally in the United States.
In the States, the Japanese are generally considered rich people. But most of us do not. We are just middle class who do not have much money. And some Japanese people / students actually working illegally in the country and some of them living illegally in the United States. I personally do not believe what kind of people, but now that I read such things in the Japanese web pages all the time.
But despite these could live here illegally, is a 38-year-old woman, the only ... So you should feel so lonlely. I suppose you might want a One Night Stand ... have an adventure ... I mean, it could not be taken seriously, but she only wants tomeet someone who wants to talk to ... Anyway, I do not know whether or not he wants to meet with her, but in my opinion is not to say that obviously the truth. But you're the one who decides whether he receives it.
To be sure, I would not eat with her.
It might be possible that she has a green card, but I'm not sure. However, I know that when it happens, a green card, which can have a profession. I do not know if this information is good, in fact, none of its relevant descriptions. Foreigners can graduate from an American university, if that's your question.
Good luck!
I hope this helped some.

When it here since the late 80s, I doubt whether you have a need for one. And yes, we are working very well with a green card! Why do people answer questions they do not know the answer? My wife worked for two months after his arrival here.
Do not be so negative. Dinner with the lady to see how he is in person. All of this costs a dinner.
BTW, very few Japanese women want to have a U.S. Green Card get in touch!
Go ahead and go with her! What have you got to lose? Only the cost of a meal!
And if you can only work with a green card. Millions of people do just that.
I do not know, but I would stay away. She has children and could be a financial burden.
Many people prefer to live here with a visa to the U.S. apply for U.S. citizenship. He may have had time to look for money or lust for citizenship of the United States.
I am married to a Japanese, not an American citizen. She has been here for 6 years. It has a Permanent Resident Card, if you can work. All we can do is vote, not always before a jury that I am a little jealous to leave. LOL
Of course, I was at the University of Hawaii. Studies have visas. Perhaps it was his acquaintance x in the school. Tell him I'm sure to explain myself.
If you an American who is probably a permanent resident married. You can at any time to refresh your visa at this point.
I told him. The worst thing that happens, the dinner is boring and you have lost a few hours of his life. I am sure that you are wasting your time watching television, what is the difference dinner with her at least the positive side of meeting a woman, the good times to invest in the future can provide. Willan interesting experience, no matter what I think and it seems you have nothing to lose.
