My flower garden has formed a gel like substance around the base of some of the flowers. What could it be? - flower cube field
It rained a few days and now a part of the flowers have a clear gelatinous substance formed around the base of them. They resemble a mass of crushed ice cubes at first glance. Very funny! Any idea what might that be?
